Ultimate has a very nice hotel/motel package called InnService which is made to integrate with the Toshiba systems only. I have worked with Ultimate before (love their call accounting system!) I've also worked with Ultimate with their call accounting and school bell software. Excellent tech support and solid product.
Joe --- No trees were harmed as a result of this posting; however, many electrons were severely inconvenienced.

Hey SST. Be sure to check out the PhoneSuite from CMP Call Managment Products. GREAT product, Better Support, Best people working for the company. We have about 25 of these in service, and short of lightning strikes, they just don't stop working!!! PhoneSuite

We put Avaya Merlin Magix in any motel with 150 or less stations.
Works great.
Has all the standards: wake-up, v.mail and will link with call accounting like check-in.

I need to concur with Telomni, we have about 25 systems installed out here in the plains, some over 4 years. We've lost one to lightning. That's it. It's a simple system, easy to install, easy to maintain, excellent tech support, made by great people up in Colorado, and the price puts Mitel to shame.
Never blame on malice, what can be adequately attributed to STUPIDITY!!
