Customer has a Intuity Voicemail. They say it is R4.2 Version 1, so I am not sure about the release. What is needed is a menu addition, so that callers hear "Press 1 for a list of extensions, Press 2 for directions", etc. Can anyone help me out and point me in the right direction?

I am still in a Definity Audix and am looking to upgrade to an Intuity soon.
At this point, I can tell you to check for the extension number of the automated attendant in question. Try li attend to see how many and if they are named and numbered. In Audix, the subscriber screen will give you multiple pages, the second or third being the menu set up. Make the addition here. Then you would re-record the box and you'll be good to go.
Again, the Definity and the Intuity probably have different programming but this would be a starting point until someone with an Intuity comes on. Rhonda

After visit to site, I have the actual model which helps a lot. It is a Definity Audix 4.2 that has Intuity Messaging v1.
That helps a lot, thanks!
1.How do I get the subscribber screen? 2. I don't believe there has ever been a menu, so would there still be a menu set up (page)? 3. Do I need to create a sub menu (chg treatment to sub menu, create nested AA for each selector number or just change the main AA?

OK. I did this job today using the info gained here. I used the main AA and programmed the numbers to call-answer towards a new VM box with cos auto. It seems to work fine with the exception that I can't get back to the main menu.
OVER HERE... HELP! Does anyone know how to get back to main menu?

on the 2nd aa that you created, on page 3 set the timeout or 0 to call answer and have it goto the the first aa extension.

The user wants to be able to go to main menu (company greeting) by pressing a button, after being transferred to a VM box, while listening to the personal greeting. Wouldn't the feature- "transfer into (or out of) Audix" work, using the "Call Transfer Dial plan"?
I cannot locate the main company greeting -in the programming. User modifies greeting by dialing into VM. There are two AAs on sub 500 and 503.%00 is the one that concerns me, but the greeting there is a personal (Jane Doe) greeting, not company greeting.
So- I am not sure where to target a transfer should I need to. I appreciate your help.

So you want to be able to 0 out of a subscribers mailbox to the aa. Then for every subscriber you will need to set the covering extension to the extension of the aa.

When you 0 out from company greeting, it goes to the attendant phone and rings. After 4 rings it goes to her personal voicemail. There is no way to get back to the main company greeting.
Here's what I need- When you press 3 from company greeting it now goes to newly created sub 504 which has company information in place of a greeting. While listening to this, customaer wants to get back to company greeting by pressing a button.

I am not sure if I completely follow you but you can always 0 out of any subcriber by entering a covering extension on the first page of the subscriber form.
