Bonjour!
Merci
My question is for a ACS release 6.0 i try to rings many phone extentions after DXD/Asa answered the call i put some selectors codes Ex: 1 for sale 2 for tech support ,
Cant find out how to ring many phone in same time after the customer press #2

You need to assign the extensions you want to ring to a calling group, there are four- #505, 1, 2, 3 or 4. Then you make the selector code point to the group- 71, 72, 73 or 74.

To help you understand assign extensions to #505 group 1. Then from any extension intercom 71. They all will ring.
Now make your AA dial 71 when someone dials 4.
I wouldn't use 1 or 2 or maybe 3 because those numbers are the first numbers for your extensions and if you want your callers to dial an extension directly it won't work.
Instructions are in the documentation available on the Avaya site if you don't happen to have a copy.

Zero cannot be changed, it will always go to extension 10 which should be the receptionist.

Which voice mail are you using? Partner Messaging will allow you to set either the Dial 0/timeout to a calling group, or the global Call Answer Service Operator to a calling group.

Nope - you're extremely limited to what you can do - including not being able to change the zero out.
