need immediate help if you guys can think of why my calls aren't going to cue when I have agents logged in. Funny thing, the display doesn't say login. Should I be using ES1 or ES2? ES1 doesnt' seem to work at all, and ES2 lets the calls ring, but if all the phones are busy, the next call just rings instead of going to the cue. Now it is PRI, and instead of assigning pool to the calling group, the inbound digits are the same as the calling group number. Everything rings into the right phones, and even overflows to voice mail like it should, it just doesn't cue any calls, they just ring.
