dtmf, Thanks for your reply! I just checked my Profile, as I had prior to making my admittance request based on the posted prerequisites, and I find it complete with the exception that I do not have an ICQ number. The Profile also lacks any "Signature" text due to the notation that the feature is disabled. So, am I looking the wrong place? Please help... Well it was my understanding that we needed to have an e-mail in the profile, if another tech wanted to help you with information that they don't want to post on the open board how will they contact you? But I see that a few have been let in without an e-mail account so guess I'm wrong. Sorry! Your both good to go.

dtmf, No apology necessary. I think I may have spotted the trouble. I do have an e-mail address in my profile. However, at the bottom of the profile there is the following: Keep your email address viewable to other users when you post notes? I answered "No" to this and therefore you must not be seeing my e-mail address. Although, there is another question prior to that about Moderators e-mailing notices to which I answered "Yes". Corwyn, the installers side is reserved for techs to post info that would not be wise to post in the open forum. Info like system passwords, reset procedures and anything that a disgruntled empoyee, do-ityourselfer or hacker could use to compromise another techs system intentionaly or otherwise.
