Can you have your customer push a few buttons for you? Have them go to the operator phone. Press Feature 00, Touch any of any of line buttons and then dial *347. (that will set all the lines to ring) Then hit the Home button to exit.

Would you happen to know what the first line pool number is? In other words, the customer dials a 9 to get a line out...is that the first line/pool number? Or are they numbered something else like 70 or whatever? (as an example of what I mean: Nortel names theirs line pool A, B etc...)
Thanks!

Wicked good...

If you change out a voice mail on a Magic and the calling customer calls and tries to dial a station that begins with a 7 don't forget to change it in the VM in selector code assignment.
