Thanks. I'll have the customer include the *#, as you suggested, to be said at the end of the script of the announcement and also the *4 to listen again. I was worried that the caller would be in limbo or get disconnected after hearing an announcement.
Thanks to everyone for helping me with this and the best thing is that I've learned from all of you and your info will help me immensely just in case I come across another Magix & Messaging setup.

Once again, thanks everyone. Ended up using a submenu and besides the office hours, fax number and directions (took about five tries re-recording the prompt before I got a good recording LOL)I included in the script the options *4 and *#. Works like a charm. You guys are the best.
