I have a merlin legend model -511a and I need the voice mail to ring more times when someone sends it to voice mail. It is only ringing 3 times before it goes to voice mail and I need it to ring about 6 times. T he voice mail that is hooked to the system is a duvoice system.

depending on what release you have, go into programing to extensions , cover delay, group , you should see 3 ,backspace , enter 6
