Here's the scenario. Customer has a Partner system, has been up and running for a couple of years. I go in and replace 2 18D phones with 3910 cordless phones. Everything seemed to work just fine, except now customer is calling and telling me that whenever someone calls the 2 3910's and no one answers and it goes to voicemail, the phones never stop ringing. The only solution is to remove the battery and reset. Then everything works fine until the next call goes to voicemail.

What's up with that? Any suggestions?

Try power cycling the Partner ACS.
Or do a #728. And see what happens.
