Why not replace the stand alone voice mail with another standalone system?
That way you do not have to replace anything on your system.
Off the top of my head, two other systems come immediately to mind. VSR Voicentre or DuVoice DV2000.
Both provide more features than Partner Mail and are competitvely priced.
If you want email integration, condisder the DuVoice, otherwise consider Voicentre.
