Is the system equipped with Legacy cards?
And the older ATM4 cards installed instead of ATM4Us?

Not necessarily the problem, but worth looking into.

The system I am testing w/ now has 2 ATM4 cards in a 406v2 chasis. I've noticed the same issue w/ an ATM4U card in a 406 as well.
