In this particular VM you not be able to change dial 0 directory. You have PCMIA rel.3.0 VM card which is installed in one of the slot on ACS and have Max. 16 mailboxes. The only you can do is change selector code as Michael suggested otherwise you have to change VM to more Advance one which is available on Partner system.

Would it upset your office if you swapped Ext. 10 and 23? If not, swap the phones, then go to the control unit and swap the cords for 10 and 23 there as well.

Extension 10 has no voicemail box tied to it so that doesn't exactly solve the issue.
The issue is not having voicemailon the extension it defaults to with unanswered calls.
Maybe just switch voicemail boxes?
Thanks for your help

Even you assign MB 01 to ext. 23 it wouldn't meter. 0 always will go to ext. 10. It's hard coded in the VM's software.
