The problem with the BB, calling party was busy so you would press your BB , it would continue to call the busy party , when the calling party answer , it would ring you back to reconnect, but most of the time the calling party would answer, , as no one there , they would hang up,because of the delay, you would pick up and no one was there
went out on alot of trouble tickets, to NTF, we started telling customer not to use it if they were not in the same CO
