Has this been resolved? What was the fix?

Sorry for the delay, We just got hit with a whole bunch of work at the same time, anyway, we ended up replacing the 5-slot, added a new rls.6 proc. and the 0x12 in slot 4 and the 308 in slot 5, It seems it took out every thing from the proc. and all the cards on the right side. Thanks for all your help. ( sleep ) it seems the last 4 or 5 years if I sleep more than 4 or 5 hours thats a lot, I keep on waking up at all hours, That's another topic. again thanks guys
