I have set the Merlin Messaging to schedule and set to weekly schedule for when to change the day and night. Well what happens is when it changes between day and night there is a period of time about 5 min. that it wont let you in. Also today at around 12:00 it did the same thing to them but still had the day greeting on it. I have it set 8:00am to 17:00 for day Monday to Thursday and on fri. 8:00am to 12:00 anyone had that problem?

Aside from a whole bunch of stuff here, you need to be clearer about what "won't let you in" or "did the same thing" really means.

How are calls routed during the day? Delayed AA, Immed AA, answered by humans but backed up by AA, answered by humans only, blah blah blah. These are the kinds of things we need to know to help.

It's a bit of a trick, but you have to remember that we're new to the problem and could use some backgroud.

It will ring and then like it answer but no greeting. Happen this morning at 7:00 to 8:00
