I have in my lab an IP500 office and an IP403 Office for testing purposes. I went to log into one of them in the past week using the computer hooked up to that LAN (only one is plugged into the network at any given time depending on which is needed) and it wont let me log into either using the default username and password. I have not changed them, nor has anyone else here even touched them. Can anyone explain why all of a sudden I can no longer log into either one of them? I should also probably mention that if I plug in another IP office to test the unit, even after defaulting it (DTE) I can not log into it either. Is it the manager program that needs to be repaired?
