Can you access the hard disk from the DB 9 port and replace the voice prompt with an MP3 or 4 file?

Hi Wayne, it doesn't look like any Mitel experts are available to chime in and I'm certainly not one. However, I would say its HIGHLY unlikely that you can transfer an audio file over a serial connection to the voicemail hard drive.
