I have a client that owns two service stations, one of them has a phone system and the other only has a couple of SLT's. The owner has a suspician that the mid-night shift employee is not responding to calls(for towing services) when they are received. He needs to here all of the conversations that take place only during the night, not during the day. I'm thinking that he will need a phone system/VMS with the call record function, but will a VMS allow call recording to be active only at specific times. I know that the Small Office from Comdial is pretty sophisticated, but I never heard of being capable of this.
