Does anyone know who does the phone work at CVS Pharmacy's? They just bought out all of the southern Eckerd's. Crosscom does not have a contract with CVS.
Thanks!
The ones in Jersey that Ive seen all have Executone...
Staples handles Executone around here in Pa.
Staples Communications is no more, it is Nextira One.
CVS has its own install team, that does the computer/phone wirring. They also install the phone and POS equipment.
Most old locations have Executone and are getting upgraded to Norstar.
OH that JJ.......he is so smart.....
Smarter than some people I know!
What about you Mitch?
Tip a cold one on me, latter.
Thank you for the info!
Larry
Around here, in Cleveland, the CVS stores used to have Norstars. They recently switched to systems by Vertical Networks. I dont know who does the sales/installs/etc.

I thought Vertical Networks delt with Norstars.
https://www.vertical.com/solution/solutions_pharmacy.html Looks like they are upgrading to a VOIP network.

Vertical Networks works thru a channel program their Instant Office is a traditional digital pbx with builtin voice mail but uses a cisco blade for their voip solution
They are handled by a company in RI and should be a mix of Executone & Vert Networks (on the larger more central sites).
They are installing Vertical Networks Instant Office systems in all stores.
See the following:
