Does anyone know who does the phone work at CVS Pharmacy's? They just bought out all of the southern Eckerd's. Crosscom does not have a contract with CVS.

Thanks!

Staples Communications is no more, it is Nextira One.
CVS has its own install team, that does the computer/phone wirring. They also install the phone and POS equipment.
Most old locations have Executone and are getting upgraded to Norstar.

Around here, in Cleveland, the CVS stores used to have Norstars. They recently switched to systems by Vertical Networks. I dont know who does the sales/installs/etc.

I thought Vertical Networks delt with Norstars. https://www.vertical.com/solution/solutions_pharmacy.html

Looks like they are upgrading to a VOIP network.

Vertical Networks works thru a channel program their Instant Office is a traditional digital pbx with builtin voice mail but uses a cisco blade for their voip solution
