I had gone in to mailbox 990 to check the system message, not sure what went wrong. Now company greeting has issues. I call the voice mail system, and got "sorry, a message may not be recorded for mailbox 990" followed by our company message. Had the message re-recorded, now when you call the voice mail system we get a portion of our company message followed by the "sorry" message but for box 991 now.
What do I need to change, a system message of the mailbox message ?
