THE ALL CALL OR "PAGE" BUTTON IS ON AND WON'T GO OFF ON MY TOSHIBA DKT2010-SD. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING BUT THE LIGHT WON'T GO OUT AND EVERY CONVERSATION IS BROADCAST THROUGHOUT THE OFFICE.

ANY IDEAS?

1- I would remove the phone and replace it with another.
2- If that doesnt do it I would recycle - off / on the system.
3- If that doesnt do it Call a local Toshiba dealer ,i,m sure there a few in LA.

4- Please stop typing in caps.

I'll bet this phone has a bad switchhook. The 2010's do that a lot.

If you are in Eastern LA (northshore, baton rouge, new orleans area) PM me and I'll give you the contact info for the dealer we use if you would like. their prices are great, a lot lower than the prices we got from the tosh dealer on the mississippi coast.

Like KENB says, check with another DKT phone. All DKT2xxx and DKT3xxx uses those rubber/silicon switches. After a few years, they tend to fail, with the DKT2XXX's hook switch being the first to go, of all the buttons.
