THE ALL CALL OR "PAGE" BUTTON IS ON AND WON'T GO OFF ON MY TOSHIBA DKT2010-SD. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING BUT THE LIGHT WON'T GO OUT AND EVERY CONVERSATION IS BROADCAST THROUGHOUT THE OFFICE.
ANY IDEAS?

1- I would remove the phone and replace it with another.
2- If that doesnt do it I would recycle - off / on the system.
3- If that doesnt do it Call a local Toshiba dealer ,i,m sure there a few in LA.
4- Please stop typing in caps.

I'll bet this phone has a bad switchhook. The 2010's do that a lot.

Like KENB says, check with another DKT phone. All DKT2xxx and DKT3xxx uses those rubber/silicon switches. After a few years, they tend to fail, with the DKT2XXX's hook switch being the first to go, of all the buttons.
