For some reason today my voicemail is not working. Normally I dial spkr 7(or msg button)and starting calling voicemail, but voicemail never answer back. any idea what could causing this?
Do you know what the extensions are for each port of voicemail ? Try dialing each port and if still no answer try a reboot. Also verify there is dial tone on the analog ports for the voicemail
296 through 299 (297 = 7)still no answer / I have to wait until tomorrow to turn off/on the PBX and Voicemail. My plant manager is in the phone in a conferece call.

I turn off/ON all the cabinets and the voice mail still with the problem "no answer"
What model Stratagy? In-skin or PC based? If in-skin, what if any LED's are lit on the unit?
If a reboot didn't take care of it, you should call your Toshiba service company and have them check it out.
There's a possibility that the unit is dead.
Looks like my voicemail CARD its totally dead all leds are off, Now I cannot receive calls from outside, any I idea how I can re-setup the incoming calls and do not pass through the voicemail. is there a program to run?
Did all calls ring the voicemail even in day mode and night mode ? If so day ringing is program 81
