I have set up Polycom 8020 on CIX 670 and can retrieve Parked calls on a DP5000 but can not park a call using the 8020 set. I am doing FCN 1 then dialing #33# and then send and get an error stating that feature is unavailable I have also tried FCN 1 #33 Ext and then send and same error, any idease?

Do both the CIX and MIPU card have the latest firmware? More advanced SIP feature are only available on the newer versions.

Please correct me if i'm wrong, but SIP does not support the '#'. It will work in DTMF (when dialing in an auto attendant) but not in the original SIP invite message.

You would have to setup a new feature code without the # to park a call. Use something like 444.
