CIX 670... A Little Help Please. On eManager under COS... COS 40 Disconnect Outgoing Call and in System Data... System 22... They are both greyed out. I can not make changes. I am logged on as the administrator. Does anyone know why? Can this be fixed? I have some phones that are set up for public use but they are being taking advantage of and the Administrators want to limit the time of the outgoing calls.

What version of software on the system? probably the software on the system doesn't support

Steve, I have software version 5.20A11a. How can I know for sure it's a software issue?

If you hold your mouse pointer over the greyed out are it will tell you "your system software doesn't support". I just checked the COS 40 on a new system I just got in.

That would be the software level of emanager you are reading. The feature will be greyed out if the phone system software does not support a feature.

I have never seen that COS NOT greyed out on any system I have connected to. I have seen that COS in eManager for some time. I don't know if they ever implemented it or if they did at one time then removed it. I just checked software level from about a year ago and it was grey also. I can check a more recent version when I get a chance.
