I installed a headset on a DP5032 and now calls can't go anywhere. Hold button, Cnf/trn button stopped working. Call is stuck on my phone unless i hang up with the 'release' button. Headset unplugged= phone works normal

Any thoughts?

What is the make and model of the headset? Is it compatible with Toshiba 5000 series?

That's a good question... It was a T100 Headset for dkt3000's series.. It has NO controller just a headset/boom mic and a direct plug in connection. Would you recommend a brand for the dp5000 - I'll send these down to our other office with 3000's but they will need hheu's installed i'm sure..

Yes the 3000's will need a BHEU. WE have allways had good luck with Plantronics. The CS55 is the wireless model and works good.
