Customer has a Stratagy iES32 and CIX670. I have verified this issue and cannot figure out how to fix it. When they are listening to a message and hit 5 to forward it, then when prompted to enter the mailbox number, they hit 1 (all mailboxes are 4 digits starting with 1, ie. 1450) they immediately get a "That was an invalid entry" message and cannot forward the message. However when in the AA you can enter the 4 digit mailbox no problems. The issue is only when trying to forward messages. I have adjusted timers in the parameters, checked the fixed length parameter for the number 1, cannot figure out why this is happening. Anybody have any ideas?

I might have something to do with the groups they're assigned to.

Got that one Bob, I had forgotten about that, nice catch. Now if only I could figure out whats wrong I could fix a 6 yr old problem. grin
