Still looking to set up ACD. What version of the CTX 100 and 670 support ACD? Thanks
Posted By: jab1780 Re: CTX ACD - 04/17/14 05:54 PM
According to TAIS bits and Bytes versions 1.02 - 1.30 support ACD version 1 and everything from 2.0 forward supports the current ACD software.

What DSS key are you speaking of?

What are your specs; CIX100 or CIX 670? What type of ACD are you using Micro Mas version? How experienced are you on Toshiba ?

Toshiba FYI website has all kind of documentation.
Posted By: Sn2 Re: Setting NEW ACD - 10/26/14 03:14 AM
It is CIX100. I have managed to get the document from the Toshiba website.
I have configured three new acd system.
I HAVE PROGRAMMED SOME KEYS FOR ACD using emanger system.
I made sure that all of the keysets have been synched with the LVL2OAI program including setting the keyset type in the ACD system(level2).

Now only one station working. In other two stations when users try to press the login button the "please enter you Agent ID" will not appear. I have setup all three stations the same way and they have exactly the same hardware.

Any Idea?

And you set the display type as well in L2OAI?
Posted By: Sn2 Re: Setting NEW ACD - 10/26/14 02:10 PM
Yes.
The Keyset type is set to DP5100 and Display type is to 4X24 in all three extensions.

If one phone is working correctly, I would assume that that all the required ACD services are running.

If you have all your L2OAI settings and the buttons programmed correctly and match L2OAI, then I would restart all the ACD services if you have not done that yet. About 99% of the time a restart of the services is not require.

You can reboot the server, or close Net Server and all the service windows and then restart Net Server.

I restarted the server with no luck. Will there any log files in L2AOI that will give me more troubleshooting information?
Posted By: Toshiba Bob Re: Setting NEW ACD - 10/27/14 02:35 PM
Can any of the three telephones log in as the first telephone?
Are you using PDN's or phantom DN's for your ACD agents?
How many agents total are there and have you verified you licenses?
Through Strata ACD tab via the desktop can you log in the telephones directly?
Posted By: Sn2 Re: Setting NEW ACD - 10/27/14 07:03 PM
No because when they press the login button, it will not display anything on the screen.
They are all PDN.
Where do I check the for the avaialable license?
Through Strata ACD I can log them in/out just fine

SN2,

You have presented a stumper. If one phone is working, it should be a case of one of these things is not like the other one. The fact that you can log in a phone via the ACD software indicates this is not a network issue are an ACD Admin setup issue. It sure looks like you are 99.9% there.

In Oaisys Net Server Lvl 2OAI services, (you might have to right click on LVL2OAI then left click on show services) under the Devices tab look at the fields for the keys on the working phone. Under Login/Log out there will be a number corresponding to the key that has been programmed onto the phone. Any phone that needs login/logout features needs to have the button number programmed into this field.

You can actually press the "Synch table with switch button" and the system should populate the fields.

The only time I have ever had keys not work is when this step was not taken. Sometimes I would rush and forget this and have the same problem you are having until that particular brain cell fired off.

When you log into the ACD administrator software as a NetServer editor, the first screen you see when logging in with successful credentials will show how many licenses are used vs. available. I believe out of the box licensing allows for 10 basic agents. ~ Mike

I will again slowly go over the extension and key sets.
Thank you so much.

Here is the log in the ACD system:
I also tried multiple times to unhook the module and re-connect.

I kind of expected more after Keyset '51165' entering state: Offhook, since the agent can't login while the phone is idle. They have to press the PDN or PhDN before they can press the login button.
Posted By: Sn2 Re: Setting NEW ACD - 10/29/14 03:10 PM

The PDN is pressed but login button will not LED up.

Also here is another piece from the log:

Are your PDN's the same as your agent numbers?
What are programmed on the buttons of the telephones?
Under ACD Administrator all agents show up in a ACD group?
Have you set Work Mode?
Posted By: Sn2 Re: Setting NEW ACD - 10/30/14 04:13 PM
I don't believe I have set the Work mode. The ACD administrator I see only: Login, Logout Available and Unavailable mode. Where do I set the work mode?

From your ACD desktop go to Start >Programs> Toshiba> Strata ACD> ACD Administrator...Unless it is already minimized on the desktop of the ACD.

Once opened then goto File and Set Work Mode you will be prompt for a sign in and a password
