SV8100 InMail Problem - 09/28/09 10:35 AM
good day,
im facing a problem in one of our client. i configured the system with a simple VRS. when the extension doesnt answer or is busy, it goes to InMail. but when the caller disconnect, SV8100 takes
almost 2 minutes before releasing the line. so the recorded mail includes the busy tone coming from the CO.
i upgraded it to v3.0 but still the problem persists.
any ideas?
