After you deleted the dti and programmed the PRT card did you do 3-14 and 3-91?

Also 1-1-20, 1-1-21 and 1-1-22?

1-13-00 (one LK lamp for each active channel)?

CAP keys on the phones in 4-12?
Phones in the correct CAP group in 4-43?

There's a lot that could have been missed.

Also, you added a PRT-u20 or u10, the u10 card only worked in older software levels.

After I deleted the DTI and put in the PRT the DID's were still there so I did not change anything on that. Prg 3-14 is not available on the PRI.
I did not change any keys on the phones, don't the existing keys work with the PRI ?

Program 3-14 is not availabe for the PRI only for the T1. After I changed the card to a PRI,
"trunk base" is greyed out.

I hope you enjoyed you remote tech support. The issue turned out to be 3-52, it usually will have no setting. Did the caller ID start working?
Posted By: ctc Re: DID Problem with PRI - 12/19/11 05:29 PM
Yes the caller ID works now.

Thanks a lot ! This was a nightmare.

Wow, I have never put data into 3-52.

Odd.

Did the carrier require you to send the BTN out? Is that where 3-52 came into play?

Yes, Comcast won't let you make a call unless you send your number or they force it on their end.
