can 8100 3rd party sip work well with android phone or Iphone?

I tried it on an SV8500 on internal wifi and got it working! It's pretty neat, but I haven't tried it over cellular data network. Obviously, a lot will depend on the carriers data coverage if you go that route, but eventually, with all the 4G upgrades going on with carriers, I think it will be a hit.

I used "SIPDroid" 3rd party app on my Android phone.

That's exactly what it does. You will have your extension with you, wherever you go (as long as you have cell-data or wifi coverage).
