I tried it on an SV8500 on internal wifi and got it working! It's pretty neat, but I haven't tried it over cellular data network. Obviously, a lot will depend on the carriers data coverage if you go that route, but eventually, with all the 4G upgrades going on with carriers, I think it will be a hit. I know your phone system is different, but VoIP is VoIP

That's exactly what it does. You will have your extension with you, wherever you go (as long as you have cell-data or wifi coverage).
