we are having NEC Aspire M/L Panel and Aspire Mail DMS system.
when someone calls from outside we are unable to see the Caller Number. after receiving the call only we are able to see the number.
Can you please suggest what should i have to do to see the Incoming number before receiving the call.
I would try extending the time in 20-19-02
I have checked its
02 - Caller ID Information Waiting Time 5
Can someone guide me how to get this.
Are these calls ringing in direct to the phones or being answered by the voicemail and being transferred (screened) by the voicemail?
Are the lines set to key ring the phone your using to answer with?
the calls are being answered by the Voice mail(Welcme Message) and being transferring to the Extension
I see your DAT in your other post. Try changing the TRF to UTRF for your ext range and test.
Thanks SK, it worked. Can you please tell me, if i get any incoming call and the caller dials the extension number its taking more than 10 seconds to transfer the call. is there any setting i can change it.
Siva, repost your DAT 1 table and give an example of the ext that is being dialed. Are you using call control with the DMS?
