not having a system available in my shop, I just want to know what do I dial to record the instruction and routing boxes prompts? My customer wants just a simple voice mail. (No answer, goes to VM, leave a message) I'm not sure that this system
will do anything so simple!!? Help is muchly appreciated.

47-11 Change Default Mailbox Type to Station Mailbox if calls should go to personal mailbox instead of routing mailbox. Change Default Mailbox to correspond to mailbox you want to answer calls.

You can DIL the trunks to operators extension, confirm there is a mailbox setup for that extension.
