i need a step by step sip extension programing on nec sl1000
please i am trying to conncet a mitel sip phone.
thank u guys
First : you should have SIP 3rd party license on system or you can try it with 60 days trial mode
Second : go to PCPro tool of SL1000 then filter options ==> IP phone list then select one ext number you will find it on command 15-05 select it and go to item 15-05-16 and give it authentication password upload unsaved data to the system then disconnect from PCPro

Third : then go to your mitel phone and give it the registrar server is your VOIPDP IP on command 10-12-09 with port 5070 and authentication password and reboot it i think it will connect to system and get internal dial tone

i did that programing but i get bad request on mitel phone.

do i need to programm sip trunk.

If this is an off-site phone, you will also need to do the port forwarding on the router for the registration and audio ports.
i have a sip extension license and voip and memdb. my nec sl1000 is connected to a switch, my mitel phone is connected to the same switch. nec voip 172.16.0.10 and mitel sip phone 172.16.0.35 on mitel phone phone i get no reg. can any one help please.

I agree with brokeda - make sure you have assigned an IP address for DSP in 84-26. I usually use one higher than the VoIP daughter board IP address.

Also, make sure your Mitel is set to the correct port for registration (5070).

The SIP phone will be assigned to the extension number just above the highest hardware equipped extension in the system. For example if you have 8 digital stations and 4 SLTs you are using station ports 1-12. The extension number on port 13 will be the "user name" programmed into the SIP phone.

can i add pictures to show u guys my programming
