SV9100 SMDR for Departments and VE - 08/09/16 11:48 PM
Hi all, I was hopping someone could help me with the SMDR on the SV9100. I find it limits itself in giving out only which extension answered a call even if that call has come via a Department Group or another extension.
I really want to run statistics for Departments but the systems SMDR does not supply this info. Has anyone had success in this without resorting to the ACD.
I want to transfer either to a Virtual Extension or Department which rings on 5 extensions and run a report on how many calls went to the Virtual or Department.
Your thoughts please.
