Active-voice Replay-Plus: In order to reset a mailbox, I wound up having to delete it and rebuild it. Unfortunately, it was the Front Desk mailbox.
How do I reassign front desk status to this mailbox?
In Repartee, Lingo, and the NEC-mails, it's very easy, but this replay has me stumped. Help is greatly appreciated.
