Active-voice Replay-Plus: In order to reset a mailbox, I wound up having to delete it and rebuild it. Unfortunately, it was the Front Desk mailbox.
How do I reassign front desk status to this mailbox?
In Repartee, Lingo, and the NEC-mails, it's very easy, but this replay has me stumped. Help is greatly appreciated.

We got it, thanks. It's talking to an EL with LW19. We eventually found the problem: The Front Desk functions program from feature codes, not from a "Front Desk Mailbox." A bit screwy, but workable.
