It looks like a Micro$oft update in the last couple days broke our dial up L2TP vpns. This CLI command appears to undo the problematic KB and fix the problem (for now...)

For my college classes I use Micro$oft Paint for quick screenshots. I noticed that in Windows 11 the Microsoft devs don't use spell check.

When communicating with older hardware I have found in windows 10 that SMB 2 is installed in lieu of SMB 1 which is needed.
Not sure about windows 11 but on windows 10 you can install smb 1 concurrently with smb 2 in the activate windows features area.
They can run side by side
