Can anyone provide me some infomation on how to change the recoarding for a routing box. We currently have three routing boxes configured. Day, Night and Lunch.

Due to the departure of our receptionist, we would like to re-record new greetings on these boxes.

Can this be done from any phone in the office or only from the main receptionist phone.

System is a Comdial DXP. Comdial Impact phones

Do you have the Supervisors Voice Mail manual? Is this a Corporate Office Voice Mail??

If you do---then everything is in there. Usually, you access the VM -get to the Supervisor's MB, and go through the menu to get to the Routing Box admin.
Hopefully, you won't have a password problem.

Yes I do, I just found it. It had a 2" of dust on it.

I was able to get into the supervisor menu to make the changes I needed. Accessed my voicemail box and hit "6" for the Supervisors Menu. From there I was able to access everything I need to make the changes.
