how do you activate handsfree, or talkback feature on speakerphone, customer ordered 2 new phones and cannot talk handsfree on them. we don't have any of these system's in our area, thanks for any help you may suggest.

Model 1022s is the speakerphone with lcd.

Model 1122s regular speakerphone.and the 1122x is the monitor telephone.
