how do you activate handsfree, or talkback feature on speakerphone, customer ordered 2 new phones and cannot talk handsfree on them. we don't have any of these system's in our area, thanks for any help you may suggest. [email protected]

Model 1022s is the speakerphone with lcd.
Model 1122s regular speakerphone.and the 1122x is the monitor telephone.
Which are you trying to use?
