This is a new problem. Can Not transfer a phone call to sta.10, the call will go on hold but will not Ring The Sta.
C.O. lines will ring, you can force a Intercom call to ring the station.
It is not Data Secure
if the Sta. will not Ring on a trans. the CF-RNA will not sent calls after hours to VM.

It worked it the past, I did default that Sta. and reset RNA & Hunt Grp.

Any Ideas Out There.
It was bought New in 2000 So the software is one of the last.
Well 25 looks & no answers.

If you have a call at other extension and hit transfer 10 and hangup what happens?
Phone Rings one quick intercom burst & call just goes on hold.

It is not a call forward condition because you can intercom 10 and talk hands free, and if you press the ITCM one more time that phone will intercom ring.

Also today I noticed I Can Not Even Set a Call Forward condition @ that Sta. IT WILL NOT Take it. So I can't even send calls to a backup location.
Issue Resolved!!

End User (no longer employed here) tried to set up Off Premise Call fwd--- He missed 7 of the 8 steps.

Glad you found the issue..the missing part of the puzzle was the one quick burst of ringing indicating a call forward situation. Still not sure what the data secure portion of your post indicates.
