I have one Phone that I can not dial out from
It goes to a truck and Immediately says CO Hung Up
Can someone please help me?
The Phone System is a dcs500
The trunk works from othe phones
You can call the extension via extension or phone
Please Help. :bang:

What type of trunck ive that the same problem with voip trunks if you dont program the outgoing cli it wont work.

please give some more info about the line and how you are tring to dial out on them

That is not the version of your system. That is the version of one telephone. You need to get your dealer involved this looks like a new and just added phone.

Actually no the phone was working fine and just stopped dialing out

I have a customer complaining of the same problem on an iDCS100r2. It is a PRI trunk as well, but with only 13 B channels. Could I not have something set up correctly in mmc's?

MCP is 2.69 and T1PRI is 4.15
