Hello,

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

I need to program the Auto attendant. I can access the 7030 by the Device Manager software so I know the ip and the password. I can not connect to the Auto Attendant. Should it be the same ip address I use for the DM?

Help! smile

Regards,

David

The aa is done via the vm in the os7000. This is programmed via dm.

Thanks Nameless.

Can you tell me where in the DM I can find this please? I am struggling to see it. Also, what does "vm" stand for? Virtual Machine?

Many thanks,

David

Vm stands for voicemail.
It's the last section in the list in dm

Thanks nameless.

Couple of things.

1. I'm getting an error "Failed to connect to FTP server" on a lot of pages in the vmaa settings.
2. I want to transfer to a number on press of the keypad. Would you be able to tell me where that is?

Lastly, in the online documentation I see that there is a web page that you can configure the auto attendant on but I'm unable to find the ip address.

I do appreciate your help. Let me know if you need any assistance with your computer infrastructure as that's what I normally do wink

Thank you.

Hi Nameless. Seem to have got a lot further now after spending some time looking at it, thanks.

Would still love to know about the FTP error.

I guess the web page is unnecessary with the DM software?

Dm replaced itool and the web page.
What version is your system?
The ftp error will either be sure to your network range/ip not being of the management ip whitelist. Or if doing this remote the ftp port isn't forwarded.

You need to create a menu, then route the calls to that menu.

Thanks Nameless. That's great help smile

Much appreciated
The AA part of the VM still works even without the licenses. You just won't have the MBX capabilities. You have to set your station group 509 to AA
