Does ESI provide any way to track ACD groups?

I'm going of memory but you can print reports not a l;ot of detail no live PC interface or boards.

Reports? Any idea if they include on-hold times? I haven't heard of any ACD programs that interface with the ESI but I have never looked before either.

ESI System has an ACD ADMIN Key,
It will show calls in Que and Longest wait.

2 Administrators can be logged in at any time.

I am actually looking for a PC (or other device)that will connect to the ESI and be able to create records.
