Pricing a CS-100, they want all daytime calls to go to a sales ACD group......If agents are busy......what's the maximum time the caller can wait on line untill they get dumped to a mailbox if nobody becomes available?

If the ACD exit timer is set at "0" , callers will stay on ACD hold until a agent is available
