Got a customer with a class with the IAM instead of voicemail, he said none of his phones will work on speaker phone. I tested this with him on the phone he can hear me but I cant hear him , these are the 48 key phones.

Actually I think its a S class w/ IAM

After talking to the customer it has never worked , they said they just never thought of calling us ??

Found that the line receive volume was set at 14 , lowered and all testef ok

Tech support thought it was a bad card , so I went out to get the serial number and thought I would test it and it was loud as HELL , so that got me thinking.
