Anyone have issues with a CS100 not play the prompts after a user listens the there voice mail? They do not hear the prompt that tells you to save, delete, Ect.
It's called the "end of message" prompt and you can re-record it in administrator programming, Function 62, prompt 537.
I have updated the system software and reloaded all prompts to the system.
Have you loaded the version x-29 prompts? That file contains all prompts for the system plus all the new prompts for software release 12.05.55.06.

You need to call ESI technical and let them find out what is wrong. If you have loaded all the x-29 prompts, you also loaded the voice mail prompts. This is not a common problem with ESI.
Short of that, make a back-up of the data base and voice mail recordings and initialize the system. Before you load the saved back-up, set up a couple of voice mail boxes, leave some messages and see if the prompt that is missing has returned. This will go a long way in determining what has happened.
